Patient Success Coordinator – Bilingual

Full time $18 - 21 per hour

Summary of Position:

To connect with patients which will promote medication adherence and retention in PrEP program.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Adheres to HELP Center policies/procedures
  • Meet clients at initial appointment and provide contact information
  • Follow-up with patients at one week to insure patient has received medication
  • Contact patients at one month and assess how patient is tolerating medication and answer any questions regarding PrEP or PrEP services
  • Follow up with patients who have not filled medications
  • Assist with front desk coverage when needed
  • Serve as a liaison between clients and pharmacies
  • Maintains a system of confidentiality and HIPAA guidelines
  • Contributes to teamwork with the HELP Center
  • Performs other related duties as assigned


Required Education and Experience:

  • High School Graduate or GED
  • Knowledge of EMR systems


Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Experience working in a health-care setting
  • Bilingual

  • Ability to remain organized and effectively manage time


Work Environment:

  • Work is indoors
  • Work will occur in both Fort Worth and Arlington clinic locations
